Recipe Suggestion: Sauteed scallops in Mediterranean Cellars Viognier
In a medium size saucepan heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add whole sprigs of rosemary to the saucepan. Add scallops and two tablespoons of Mediterranean Cellars 2007 Viognier wine. Cook for two minutes on each side (or until desired consistency). Remove rosemary from pan. Add bunches of spinach and cover pan for one minute. Serve warm. Accompany with a chilled glass of Mediterranean Cellars 2007 Viognier Reserve. |
