TERMS & CONDITIONS
• By joining the Mediterranean Cellars Wine Club, members agree to a 12-month commitment to purchase the wines included in their selected membership. If a membership is canceled before the 12-month commitment has been fulfilled, a $50 early cancellation fee will apply.
• Wine Club selections may not be
substituted or exchanged for other wines.
• Wine Club benefits, discounts, and
privileges are non-transferable. The member must be present for all account activity, including purchases made using member benefits.
• Mediterranean Cellars reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership if
payment cannot be successfully processed
for a period of three consecutive months.
• All previously released Wine Club
selections must be picked up at the time of a member's visit before receiving additional club benefits or current releases.
